Revox B790

built from 1977
In 1977, Revox introduced the first turntable with Tangentialtonarm. Tangentialtonarme have the advantage that the pickup system moves parallel to the track groove of the record. As a result, the skating force runs at this design to zero.
The controls of the B790 are accessible even when the hood is closed and the needle is pneumatically damped. Gentler you can not scan a record!
