Since 2004 we have been making the break circuit for all Revox B77 and Revox PR99. From 2014 we manufacture the pluggable version.

SMD

Only in SMD technology, the circuit board is small and therefore inexpensive. The most expensive are the printed circuit boards followed by the pin and socket strips. You can not and should not forget working hours!

Disconnect the cable, plug the connector strip of the cable into the female connector of the break circuit and the break circuit into the drive control, that's it!
The plug and the socket strip are coded, a hiding excluded!
The LEDs are gone!

tin bridge

instead of jumpers, saves space and material.
The tin bridge makes the difference between B77 MK I, MK II and PR99 MK I to PR99 MK II and MK III. Because of the internal interconnection of the PR99 MK II and MK III, the bridge must be set here. Also if you want to use the B77 with wired remote control without modification.

cable remote control

As simple as the installation of Pause 77 is the modification of the wired remote control. Loosen 4 screws under the rubber feet.

Only a small wire hanger makes the difference!
So that this wire hanger is not lost, you should wrap this wire hanger in a small bag and put it in the remote control. Of course, so that you do not block any key!

After removing these small wire clips, the pause buttons on the remote control are no longer mechanically latching. This makes the pause buttons on the Revox tape machines, the wired remote control and the infrared remote control equal. Each pause button can activate and deactivate the pause, no matter where the pause was activated.
