Revox A700

built from 1973

From 1973 Revox produced the A700, from which later the Studer B67 emerged.

With four belt compensation rollers, three belt speeds, quartz-matched speed control, and sinusoidal winding motors, the unit already has some of the features of Studer studio equipment.

At each of the three speeds, the elapsed tape length is displayed in hours, minutes and seconds. The counter readings are retained after the Revox A700 has been switched off.
